Main performance and structural features:
The fancy candy production line, commonly known as the chopped flower process sugar production line,is the new production line newly developed by our company. The current production capacity can reach1-2 tons/shift. Its key equipment: 250 vacuum sugar unit, forming slicing unit, automatic rod unit, etc. Key performance indicators have reached the domestic leading level. In particular, the automatic rod insertion unit and the large-diameter (Ф80-100) slicer fill the gap in the domestic market. The fancy candy produced by this production line has reached the domestic leading level in technical quality. Its stand-alone and production lines are used by many domestic candy manufacturers, and exported to the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, India, Russia and other countries and regions, and are well received by domestic and foreign corporate users.

Sugar → Weighing (metering) → Sugar → Vacuum (130~135°C) cooking → Sugar (cooling) → Forming (manual) → Cutting (slicing) → Screening → Inserting → Bagging → Packing → Finished product
